LIGHT BUT FILLING LUNCH

Well that's been a busy week and I am only now getting time to post this handy lunchbox filler that will pack in the protein and nutrients without the calories and bad fats.

Mix together...
150g of Low fat Cottage Cheese 
3 Stalks of Celery finely chopped
1 Apple chopped.
170 calories, 2g Fat, 16g Protein, 5g Fibre

Add 
1 Medium 150g Grilled chicken breast, 220 Calories,46g Protein 2g fat.

or

10g Walnuts (Tbsp Approx) 69 Calories, 1g Protein 7g good fat.
