JUICE BOOST!

Recipes: Follow these recipes as best you can, the more goodness the better!
Although I do NOT recommend a 'Juice Fasting' diet, I highly recommend juicing as part of your daily balanced diet. 

'Green' Juice:  1 head of celery
                1/2 a bag of spinach
                2 apples
                1 pear
                1 inch ginger
                1 lemon (without rind) 

'Orange' Juice: 2 oranges
                4 medium carrots
                8 celery stalks
                1 apple
                1 pear
                1 lemon (without rind)
                1 inch ginger

'Purple' Juice: 1 medium beetroot
                1/2 head of celery
                1 apple
                1 pear
                1 inch ginger
                1 lemon (without rind)
